Mini Sausage Pizza



Ingredients:

3 english muffins
1/2 truss tomato
1 sausage
Dried oregano
Black pepper
Sea salt
Mozzarella
Olive oil

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Thinly slice the sausage, and coarsely dice the tomato.
3. Slice each muffin into half, and place them on a baking tray.
4. Brush the top surface with some olive oil.
5. Place sliced sausage on muffin, circulating the edge of the muffin.
6. Place diced tomato in the middle of the muffin.
7. Sprinkle black pepper, sea salt and dried oregano onto muffins.
8. Top with mozzarella cheese, before baking them at 180C for 15 minutes.
