咕噜肉的奶蛋面糊 Batter for Sweet and Sour Pork

改良了食谱,觉得咕噜肉的面糊要这样做才比较脆身。

Batter for Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:

Corn flour
1 egg
Sugar
Sea salt
Black pepper
2 tbsp soy milk

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients, stir continuously to form a thick but smooth paste.
2. Coat pre-marinated pork pieces with thick paste before deep-frying them in a wok.
(oil in wok must be deep enough to cover the surface of pork pieces)

脆身good! This is one dish I really miss being away from Malaysia.

Too bad fried food is temporary banned in our house...anti-inflammatory diet. I want fried food!
